Spotify Family Abroad

Spotify Family Abroad

Hi I use Spotify Family and wanted to add a new family member.

But we are at the moment on holiday in France (we originally live in Germany).

The new family member opened a new Spotify account to accept the invitation.

Now we got a message that a login to spotify family is not possible because the new account was opened un a different country.

What can we do?

You can change the country settings on the account with these steps: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_settings/how-can-i-change-my-country-settin....

 

Keep in mind that to invite someone to a sub-account on your Premium for Family subscription, they must reside at the same physical address as you.
