I've subscribed to Spotify Family for about a month or so now. Things were going great, and all my members received them good premium music.
However, out of a sudden, one of my family members got rejected from the service. Spotify's message is that "they couldn't confirm that we stayed at the same address", and thus has been removed from my family list.
The information has been keyed in correctly, however, spotify still does not recognise the billing information.
In addition to this, does anyone know what is spotify's contact e-mail for issues relating to this? They lack a "contact us" page.
