Spotify Family: Going from one plan to another with the same account

My Question or Issue

I was using Spotify family with my ex-partner.
When we broke up, I moved out of his house and I am now living with my parents, who also use Spotify family.

I would like to quit my ex's plan and be part of my parent's.

How can I do that by keeping my email adress and all my datas?

A user is entitled to swith from one plan to another once through the time of use.
