Spotify Family - I cancelled my Premium prior to accepting the invite. Now I cannot log into IOS

Spotify Family - I cancelled my Premium prior to accepting the invite. Now I cannot log into IOS

I upgraded my account to Family and sent an invite to my wife. Prior to her accepting and redeeming the voucher/invitation code she cancelled her premium. Now she cannot log into her Iphone app. My account says she is active. What shall I do?

Hey Joachim, thanks for reaching out to us!

 

We've checked your account and can confirm it was successfully upgraded to Premium for Family and there's one connected subaccount under the username "isabergman". Is she getting any specific error message when logging in? A password reset might help: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/.
