Spotify Family - Incorrect Country settings

Spotify Family - Incorrect Country settings

Hi,

 

Have recently upgraded my subcription to Spotify Family and tried inviting my wife who obviously lives with me but encounters this "...couldn't add you to the Family Plan as your account needs to be based in the same country..." error. Verified that both our Country and Postal Code settings are identical - "sg" but the error still persists. 

 

Have looked up the community and it seems that this issue needs to be resolved from Spotify's end.

 

Can any moderators please assist with this?
