Hi,

 

I sent an email to spotify support earlier about my issue with the Spotify Premium reguarding the family plan. I haven't gotten a response yet, and my issue is still there, it's quite annoying since I am practically unable to listen to music through my phone. I'm just wondering when this issue will be fixed. As each day goes by, I am loosing an additional day from my paid membership too. The case number that I was assigned is 02868366.

I am so sorry about this issue and I just escalated your problem, an agent should get in contact with you soon. Thank you for the info about your case # and sorry for no response.

I emailed a response to support of explaining how I didn't buy my Spotify from an unauthorized vendor over a day ago. I still haven't gotten a response, and have been going without premium for about a week now...
