Spotify Family Plan

Spotify Family Plan

I just signed up for the Spotify family plan. My daughter who was already a Spotify Premium member was added to my plan. However I sent her an email invite for which she received and accepted her playlists disappeared and it is requesting that she signs up for premium. I'm not understanding what the problem is additionally I invited other people and they are also unable to get in. what do I need to do? She logged out and logged back in and I have also done the same no changes. My automatic payment is set to renew on the 5th not sure if that affects anything.

In this case, she might have another account. Can you check the steps here? Also, there's more info about how to invite someone to join your Premium for Family plan here.

Hello!

 

Have you tried re-installing Spotify? There might be caches from their provious account which won't match their current ''Family Plan'' and therefore not able to play music for security purposes. 

 

Also check https://www.spotify.com/account/overview  and under Subscriptions and payment should say they are under a Family plan.

 

And about her lost playlist she can recover them in the same link I gave you above, but this time under the ''Recover playlists'' tab.
