Spotify Family Premium Plan - Family Members Kicked Out?

This has been so frustrating. I have 5 of my family members on my Spotify Premium account and all 5 of them live at my house. However, all of them were kicked out of my plan and switched to a free plan because they can't confirm the address. They've entered in the same address I entered in 5 months ago and all of a suddent it's not acceptable. What is going on?!?

I recommend reaching out to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares, Facebook Page Spotify Cares, or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

The same thing happenned to me. It's the worst, I don't know if they do that to prove if your family likes the service, then they blocked it just for your family to get more users. Is the worst, and no answer.
