Spotify Family Subscription - I´m Free?

Spotify Family Subscription - I´m Free?

Hey 🙂

 

today i looked in my Account-Details, and see that my Subscription is now Spotify Free? I subscriped for about 3 Weeks the Spotify Family and have added the other accounts, without problems.

 

The other thing is, that i payed yesterday the 14,99€ for Spotify Family. And with the Windows Program i´m still Premium..

 

What happened?

now i have tried logging in and out, on the Account Detail Website & with the Spotify Program, but no success.

 

Account-Page say "Spotify Free", with Spotify Program i´m Premium. My other Family Members are Spotify Premium Members too.

On The Account Page i can add/delete Family Members, so thats really confused.

 

I´ve the same problem, but I can´t even entry to Spotify familiar page becouse it says that I have to upgrade my acount. But I already did it, and they are charging my credit card. If you found the solution please tell me, becouse I´m tired of sending messages to spotify without having any response.
