Spotify Family account

I got Spotify Family account and I am master user. I added user, he get invites ja he acceps that. And create new user for Spotify, account isä still "FREE" not Spotify Family?.. How long takes?

Hey there!

Thanks for your post 🙂 

When your family member accepts the invite, they're added to Premium for Family straight away. This means their account will be upgraded to Premium subscription immediately.

If they haven't accepted your invitation yet, they can follow these steps:

1. In the email, click ACCEPT INVITATION. 
2. The “Redeem token” web page will open in your browser with a long redeem token number pre-filled in Token. Click REDEEM.
