Spotify Family doesn't work

I was added to a spotify family plan but it works for everyone of the family except for me. I accepted the invite but it says me that I cannot accept it. So I pay, but my spotify account is free. I can't even see my music anymore, but there aren't any ads. Please help me!

Hey @Giusy_212! Thanks for writing.

In this case, our best suggestion would be to ask your Premium for Family's owner to delete your current invite and send a new one from an incognito window on a PC. Once that's done, try accepting it from an incognito window as well. That should do the trick.
