Spotify Family - family member invited can not redeem sent redeem code - help please

Hello,

 

I sent my 2nd family member (son) the invitation for spotify family but when he tries to redeem the code in spotify (he has free account) there is the message of something went wrong and I should try it later or contact support. I tried it several times but it never worked. And how can I contact service? Just found this community, so maybe you can help?

 

My Son has a free account I set up and I don´t know why but though we are in germany he has USA as location and you can change it. May this be the reason why he can´t redeem the code from the family invitation?

 

Does anybody knows how to redeem the code and avoid having the error messages and how can I set my Sons location to germany?

 

Should be glad if anaybody can help me!
