Spotify Family impossible to setup

Hi,

I have a Spotify Premium account and would like to tansform it into a Spotify Family account and add my 2 sons in it.

I have successfully turned it into a Spotify Family but it's impossible to add my 2 boys to it !!!

I live in Switzerland (CH) and their accounts were setup in Sweden (SE), so I changed the country in their profiles, but I still can't add them 😞

Can you please help me ?

Hi there! I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
