Spotify Family invitation

Spotify Family invitation

Hi,

 

Me and my wife are premium members, and we tried to switch to the family plan. But I never received her invite.

 

What can I do about this?

Hi @ilkut thanks for posting in the Spotify Community!

 

I think it might be good to just check all is right with the invitation process, you can read about Spotify family on the FAQ here but the summary is:

 

Invite a member
Only the administrator of the plan is able to invite a member.
To invite someone to join one of the allotted subaccounts in your plan:
Go to your account page.
Click MANAGE.
Click on an available Empty Slot.
Click INVITE MEMBER BY LINK or enter the e-mail of the person you want to invite. ClickSEND INVITE.
