Spotify Family is broken!

Out family account just broke down and degraded into Free. That means the whole family is stuck on ad filled shuffled playlists. When looking into the account, we can see that no attempt was made to withdraw money from Paypal this month. All family settings have been erased and the link to rebuilding the family is redirecting to the info page.

Is this an isolated issue or a corner case where just our account was put into a corrupt state?

Edit: We just recieved an error notification (iOS push notif) that something was wrong with the app. When visiting the account settings, it described it as Error 167. The message cannot be seen again though.
