I have a premium acount, bought a family package and sent an invitation to my daughter (she has a free acount now).
When she accepts the invitation and cash it online I get the message: 'For some reason, the code can not be accepted. This could be because you are already Premium subscriber. It can also be a technical problem. Make sure you have entered the code correctly and contact our customer service team if the problem persists'. I tried everything several times, but can't solve the problem.
Can you help me with this?
