Spotify Family — number of users & payment

Spotify Family — number of users & payment

Hi,

so I upgraded my premium account to be able to manage 4 other accounts (I specifically chose that option in the form) in order to get a famil discount.

3 users already redemeed the family plan code but there's one empty slot. My question is — do I still pay for 5 users or the payment will be adjusted to the number of registered family members (4)?

The help page says:

 

Note : If you delete a member, you will continue to pay the full amount of the plan each month.

 

So I would assume not, you will be charged for however many accounts you specified when you set the subscription up regardless if they are all used or not.

So I would assume not, you will be charged for however many accounts you specified when you set the subscription up regardless if they are all used or not.

Thanks, I couldn't find that in the support because it constantly forwarded my to my language in which it seemed that they haven't yet prepared a support-page for the Family.
