Spotify Family on two addresses?

Spotify Family on two addresses?

Hi, 

So, me and my girlfriend have two addresses. It varies where we are. Still I would like to save some money and start a family account with her. However, when I looked at the Family Account requirements it specifically says that it needs to be on one address.

Is this really this strict? We really have two places where we live.

I have a premium account, while my girlfriend goes crazy with the limitations of the free version (and the adds! ;))

We sent an email request (to the email address registered in your Spotify account) asking you to provide information so we could verify your account against our Premium for Family Terms and Conditions

 

All members of a Premium for Family plan must reside at the same physical address. You will be removed from the Premium for Family plan if we could not verify your account based on the information you provided or if you did not provide the information.

It seems like you didn't send me an e-mail. Checked the spamfolder. Nothing. All the newsletters and confirmation of these posts on the community do come in however. 

So, please send it again.

And one more thing: I haven't signed up for the family thing yet, so remarks about me being removed from it are unnecessary. I'm asking it here first and I'm being honost about the (not standard/typical) situation that we are having with our home addresses so instead of your disclaimer, send me the mail first please.
