Spotify Family query

I have just upgraded to the premium family and my daughter has linked to my account, how does she now access her own premium section and her own playlists etc...?

Your account is the "master" account, your daughters account will be classed as a "subaccount". So the quick answer to your question is: Yes.

so why is my account still being paused when she uses her account elsewhere..?

Surely she is now a premium account user so should be able to listen to her own music independently of mine...?

How does Spotify recognize where family members live?

Spotify Family has terms of use that all members have to live in same address. How is this controlled?
