Hi. I got spotify family for me and girlfriend a while ago on my account. But suddenly I lost all my playlists and did not have a premium account anymore. The wierd thing is that my girlfriend still got her premium and I am getting charged the full price of spotify familiy. 

Why did it get removed on my account while I still pay for it?

It's odd that this happens. The best thing you can do is get in contact with the support team to check your account and possible duplicates.

Thank you for the answer! Sent them an email now so hoping for a good respons. 

Lost my Family Premium for non payment, then when I went to go pay Spotify charged me only 9.99 and wants to charge me again for Family Premium. No one in my family can get back on Premium either. Don't want to pay twice.
