I have a Spotify Unlimited account and my son, who lives on the same address, has a Spotify Premium account. It is possible to upgrade my account to Spotify Family (and add his account) without him loosing his playlists, etc?

basically the only thing that happens is the billing method of the premium sub being charged from one billing adress, nothing more.
it virtually has no changes on individual account related things outside of this.
How do I add my son's Spotify account to our family account? I sent him an email link but doing it that way he will have to set up a new account and loose his play list.. I have been paying for two individual accounts and didn't realize there was a family option until I went to set up my daughters account.

No, he doesn't need to create a new account to accept the invite. He can simply accept the invite with his existing account. 🙂
