Spotify Family

I went to the registration page for Spotify Family where it said "type invitation code below" but the code was already typed in the box. So I clicked "I am not a robot" and then I clicked go, but it said "we were unable to..." and now I can't get my subscription. This happened on both my laptop and my phone.

These are screenshots of what came up on the page when I clicked the link. My dad started the account, and he sent all of us this link. The first screenshot is what came up at first. The second one is what came up after I submitted.
