Spotify For Artists Playlist Stats

I’ve contacted the support for Spotify for artists 2x now. For the last few months, I’ve only been able to see that my music is in playlists but not what the playlists are. I’ve been asked 2x to supply links for playlists my songs are in but I’m wondering how I should do that if I can’t see what playlists my songs are in??? This is extremely frustrating especially with trying to run targeted ads for my music. Spotify for Artists is showing that I’m in tons of playlists with over two listers in the last 28 days but I can’t see anything like the playlist names, users who made the playlists, and I can’t see how many streams are coming from user playlists.
