Spotify For Student...

Spotify For Student...

I paid for my Spotify Premium (Student). I only needed to confirm my school. I end up finding out my school isn't listed. So I exit out. Then I get an email saying my card had been charged. I don't know why it did this. It pissed me off. I have about an hour trying to get my refund. Please. Help.

How can I get a refund?
Be serious.

I'm sorry, that sounds really frustrating.

 

I recommend contacting Spotify support directly using the following steps:

  1. Go to https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support/
  2. Click "Subscription", then click "Cancelled my subscription, but was still charged", then click "I still need help"
  3. Fill out the form and let Spotify know what happened

Again, I'm really sorry to hear what happened.  I'm sure Spotify will get it taken care of when you get in touch.

I just did that and spotify reffered me to this page and get help from you guys. They seriously were NO HELP.

I believe you are getting an automatic reply.  You should reply directly to that email (even if it's from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
