Spotify Gift Card is not working

Hi!

when I filled out the code (and at first it worked) there was a message saying I would get an email with the confirmation of my new Spotify Premium account. I still haven't got the email and I have no premium account either. When I try to fill out the code again, the code doesn't exist. Does anyone know if I did anything wrong or if I can fix this?

Sorry for the trouble! Premium usually activates instantly. There seems to be a problem right now.

I suggest you contact support so they can help you activate the premium.
