Spotify Gift Cards?

How do I redeem gift cards and how do I upgrade free to premium I just create spotify account. What ever code I am using it won't work?

Yes cards should be valid? Bought only couple of weeks ago and in recipt there is bold text ACTIVATED.

I manage to activate first card! It seems that gift card redeem and level upgrade can be done only by using desktop/laptop?
Unfortenatelly there is no mention that you cannot redeem gift cards by using iPad or iPhone?

I find it is a bit temperamental on my iPad in Safari but works fine in Chrome Desktop mode on the iPad.
