Hey there,

 

Thanks for the post.

 

What is most likely happening is that you have two Premium subscriptions active on two separate accounts.

 

You can check out this article for helpful tips how to find a duplicate account. It may be one you've created via Facebook or Sign in with Google, or using an older email address. 

 

If you manage to find the account you can cancel the Premium subscription like this. And checkout Spotify's refund policy here.
