Hi all,
For the last couple of days, Spotify has been pausing my music on all devices. It happens constantly throughout all songs and it happens at random intervals.
I have tried many solutions but none of them have fixed it.
> Resetting passwords
> Signing out everywhere
> Disconnecting Spotify from my discord account
> Reinstalling the app on both PC and iPhone
After some testing, I have found two temporary solutions but none of them are ideal.
> Turning off WiFi and data stops pausing (for iPhone)
> Creating a new, free account stopped the pausing (for PC)

Thanks for sharing the troubleshooting you've already done.
Can you tell us if you've deleted and reinstalled the app on your devices, or ran a clean reinstall, which involves deleting the app cache? You can find the device relevant steps in this Spotify Answer.
Also, can you clarify what you mean by "Turning off WiFi and data stops pausing (for iPhone)" - do you mean the when you play downloaded songs it works fine?
And, does the new account work fine on your phone?
