Spotify Lossless a thing?

I used to be audio format crazy person that would rip CDs at lossless rate to listen to music at an amazing fidelity.

Rumor has it that Spotify has something in the works.

Is there any more news on this?

Hands down, I would love to try this out on Spotify.

Much more, I've got a great new sound system in my living room to try it out on now.
