Spotify Not Importing Facebook Friends

I've tried un-linking and re-linking my account from facebook countless times. I've tried logging in via username/password and via facebook. I've scoured every forum post, but still no luck.

When I try to find friends on mobile, it opens the facebook screen where it asks for my confirmation to continue as [my facebook name]. When I click on it however, it just takes me back to the find friends screen without actually having done anything.

When I try to do so on desktop, it simply tells me it couldn't find friends.

Please help! I'm at the end of my wits here 😫

thanks for reaching out !

I would recommend visiting your account overview page here, scroll down to find the "Privacy" tab on the left side menu.

Then, make sure that the "Process my Facebook data" is on.

If it was on already, un tap it and click it back on.
