Spotify Offline Mode

Hi!
Well i've been struggling against this problem a lot...
I have a Premium account, and I always download new music. But when this happens, my whole 'downloaded' music is gone and i have to wait for the whole download of all of them, even if they were downloaded along time ago. Help me please, what should I do?

Many thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community!

The first thing to check on is how many devices you have synced for Offline Mode. You can do this over at this link. The maximum is 3, so removing one/some of these could help. How does that look?

Should the trouble continue after resetting one of these devices, could you let us know the following:

• Version of Spotify you're using
• Make and Model of device
• Version of OS you're running
