Spotify Premieum Problem

Hi, I set up a spotify account and got the 3 months of spotify premium for 99p. However there was a problem and my phone reset so spotify was deleted as it wasnt on the back up. I don't know the username or password for the account so cannot get back in to cancel it, and I have just been charged £9.99. Can you please help me?
