Spotify Premium Account and Playlists have disappeared

Hello,

I don't know if anyone else has had similar problems

I usually log in with facebook to spotify or with my username and password, but now when I log in with facebook, my premium account has dissapeard along with all of my playlists, which have been built up over the last 5 years! I am not happy to have lost this.

My username no longer works, and the password is not accepted, I have tried to reset the password and spotify claims to have sent an email explaining how to reset the password, but no such email is received.

I have written to the support and my reference number is Spotify Case # 05864773

I'd very much like a response as soon as possible from spotify themselves on how to resserrect my account. Does anyone know how this can be resolved.
