Spotify Premium Family Not Working

Spotify Premium Family Not Working

I sent a like to my family member and it was working for about a month then he got kicked off saying he wasnt a family premium member. So i deactivated his account and issued him a new code. And this is what is happening 

 

When I first open the app on my phone and click log in, i enter my credentials and it says "this email address has already been registered"

 
Online when I log-in it says "welcome Premium Family Member" then I click on Premium and it asks me to sign-up for Premium. 
 
 
Does anyone have any suggestions??
