Spotify Premium Free Trial Not Working

Hi, I just signed up for the free trial today and it still plays ads. I've tried logging in and out again, clearing the cache, and reinstalling Spotify.

Mine isn't working either.  It's been over an hour.  Seems like this company has had this problem many times.  C'mon lets figure it out
