Spotify Premium - HELP! Account Hacked!

This afternoon I received an email saying that my account's email address was changed. It was most certainly not changed by me. The email it was changed to was a strange one. I have loss all access to the account. I ask have been getting ignored in the @spotifycares Twitter. Been waiting for help since 3pm PST. They have been responding to other customers just not me. I'm very concerned about what the hacker has done with my account. I can provide a screenshot of the email I received if needed. Any help is appreciated. I've also canceled my subscription PayPal payment to be safe.
