Hey,

check if you have full access to Spotify. If so, you obviously have been charged the monthly price.
You could also contact Spotify Support and ask them about the details of subscription cancellings.

Hey, thank you for response! So I still can make my playlists available offline, so I guess it means that I'll have to pay the whole price...

Glad I could help you!
I am not exactly sure about the refund policies but maybe it would be worth contacting Spotify if you think Spotify does not make it for you.

@Akgust

You will still be Premium until the remaining days of your subscription are used up, but you can get a refund if you contact customer support before 15 days have passed from the date of purchase.

Hi I'm having a problem going premium when I try paying through my phone bill it keeps saying can not subscribe does anyone know why this is

I can't seem to sign up for premium because i keep getting this error "Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method." i have tried 2 different type of credit cards and will not work. I called both companys and my credit cards work perfectly fine. If spotify doesn't help me with this problem i will no longer bother with this company again. I'm getting very annoyed especially since they don't even have a number to reach them at.

Hey @CokaCrazy94,

You should try with a different browser, or open a private window (incognito mode), and see if that does it.

Also, try in a different device (computer, tablet, etc.)
