Hey guys,

 

I'm going away for three months and decided to cancel my Spotify Premium subscription. I wasn't aware that it wasn't cancelled and cancelled it when the money was taken out of my Paypal account. Is it possible to acquire a refund?

 

I've paid for it but i'm not going to be here to use it, I would much prefer if Spotify had a 'freeze' account option. That would be a lot easier.

Spotify don't deal with any billing issues here on the community, so it is something the payments team will need to deal with for you.

How can I get into contact with the payments team? I cancelled my premium last month, but just got charged for this new one.
