Spotify Premium account change (urgent)

Hi, I have contacted spotify before regarding my account being hacked, the security issue is now solved but I need to transfer my subscription to another account. I was told by the previous agent to contact Singtel for that as my subscription is associated with them and I have done that but since I have a contract with them I cannot just cancel. And they say the subscription is linked to the phone number only so they can't help with transferring the subscription and that I have to contact spotify again but I emailed and they directed me here. PLEASE HELP ME :'(
