Spotify Premium ain't working

Hi,

I just came back from Canada where I had a Spotify account with Fido (phone operator).
Now I'm in France so I cancelled my Fido account, and I choosed to pay Spotify Premium (for students).
Now my problem is, that on the website it says that i'm Premium since the 19th, I checked my payment, I checked if it was the right account, and yes it is, but Spotify Premium still doesn't work on my computer AND on my phone.
So as I'm paying for it, can you please help me know how can I resolve this ?
