Spotify Premium and the Student Discount

Hello,

I've applied for the Spotify Student Discount, and verified my student status with SheerID as the website asked. I also received a confirmation email that I have been verified.

When I click the links that should bring me "back to access your Spotify offer" I am just redirected to the subscription page. The subscription shows $9.99 instead of the discount for $4.99, and I was not shown the purchase options page as the FAQ screenshot shows.

Did I miss a step somewhere along the way?

Seen a few reports of this lately, does going back to https://www.spotify.com/us/student/verify/ take you to your subscription page too?

Yeah, it does. Still the subscription page with the $9.99 on there.

Not sure what is going on then! I would suggest you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and see if they can get you up and running. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
