Spotify Premium connected to a unknown playstation account

I have a Playstation and can´t link with my Spotify account. Says that i am already the account linked to another playstation network account, but i haven´t... How i can logout of this "fake" "login"? The Playstation Suport says that they can not have access to this connection details because they don´t know the account to unlink, but i never make this connection to any playstation account,so suposly this account don´t exist...

Alternatively, i already think in cancel this Spotify account and create a new one, but i am the owner of a Family Plan, how i can change to a new account without cancel the account of my family?

hello!! try running spotify on your playstation, once the app opens go to the top right where your profile is and click on your profile. then try hitting log out, then log back in with your correct spotify account. hope this helps!
