Spotify Premium doensn't work

Hi,

When I try to enable high quality streaming or use Spotify on my iPhone, it says I have to download spotify premium.

The problem is, I already have spotify premium. In the account center it says I have an active premium subscription.

Could you please fix this problem? I already filled in the contact form but never got a reaction.

Hi Jurjanos - I can see that the Premium subscription on your account has gone through successfully. 

Have a look in your inbox--I've sent you a message with some troubleshooting steps I'd like us to try.

Where can I find my inbox? If you mean my Spotify Inbox, haven't got anything there.

Your personal email inbox--the same address that's linked to your Spotify account.
