Spotify Premium doesn't work on my smartphone

I hope someone understand, what I want to talk about.

And at first: Sorry, but my english isn't very good.

Okay, some days ago I buyed spotify premium on my Laptop. Everything is working there, but when I use the spotify App on my smartphone an log in WITH THE SAME ACCOUNT I can't use the premium features. I logged myself out multiple times and logged in again. On both devices. But that doesn't help. Nothing happens and that sucks. Can someone help me, please? I have no idea what to do now...

ich habe mir vor ein paar Tagen spotify premium auf meinem Laptop gekauft. Dort funktioniert auch alles, aber wenn ich mich bei der spotify App auf meinem Smartphone MIT DEM SELBEN ACCOUNT einlogge, kann ich nicht auf die Premium features zugreifen. Ich habe mich schon mehrfach aus und wieder eingeloggt aber das bringt nichts. Und das nervt. Kann mir jemand helfen? Ich weiß nicht, was ich tun soll...

Hmm, hast du schon eine saubere Neuinstallation auf deinem Smartphone versucht?
Spotify runterwerfen, mit einem Reinigungstool wie CC Cleaner die letzten Reste der App entfernen und dann neu installieren?
