Spotify Premium ended too early?

Hi,

 

~3 months ago I made use of the '3 months for 1€' deal, then after those 3 months it automatically went on because I forgot to end it. It was continued on the 12th of march (~24 days ago) and then I stopped the automatic renewal. Yesterday, my account suddenly got back to 'free'. But spotify is 10€ a month right? So why does it stop after 23 days instead of 30? Sounds like I got stopped 1 week too early?

According to that page it was signed up on the 3rd of december, but I put the date it Should end on my calendar, which was the 12th of march. So I don't see how that has anything to do with the next month I paid 10€ for.
A weird thing I've noticed now is that it states a starting date of 8 march instead of 12, and when I click on it it saus 3 march...

Can you take a screenshot of the receipts page and post it in here?

I have premium as well but I can only shuffle my songs...it says I only have free subscription but it's still taking my money for premium...can someone help?

Okay so your Premium subscription started on Dec 12th 2015 and renewed on March 8th 2016 because you didn't cancel your Premium subscription before the 3-for-1 trial/offer ended.

Yeah I know that, but the point I'm trying to make is that I feel like the renewed premium subscription ended too early. It Should end after a month but it ended after 3 weeks...
