My account seems to have reverted to a Spotify Free account, but it is supposed to be part of my employer's Spotify Premium for Family plan -- a lot of the employees are part of this plan.
How can I resolve this?

In this case, we recommend contacting the owner of the plan to send you a new invitation. You can also find more info over here.
We also recommend to accept the new invite on a PC using an incognito window.
