Spotify Premium not working after reactivating Telekom contract

Hello!

I had a spotify premium account until I decided to put my telekom mobile contract (including this spotify premium) out of service for 5 month because I went abroad. Now the telekom mobile contract is activated again, so there should be also the premium account for spotify again available. But I can't find any way how to activate it again. Can you help me?
