Spotify Premium not working on iPad

I absolutely LOVE this service and have told MANY people about how great it is, but I have been unable to search or even PLAY songs on my IPad or android phone for at  least a week. I am paying for the premium subscription and am now debating canceling. Ive tried deleting and reinstalling to no avail. What's going on?
