Spotify Premium on Mac - Trial on iPhone - HELP!

Hi,

 

I just bought the Spotify Premium subsciption on my Mac.

 

This is not registered on my iPhone. What should I do?

 

 I have tried the steps outlined in this post. Does not work.

Hi. If you're sure you logged in with the same credentials you use on the Mac, I suggest you submit an online contact form and someone at Spotify will look into this for you. If you get an automated reply, make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply) and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

I have the same issue with my mac.

 

Everything was fine until today. I've had premium for over a year and today i logged out of my iphone and when i wanted to log back it it said i had the wrong password.

 

The password worked on my mac so i knew it was correct. After punching it in 2-3 times finally it accepted the password but now it suddenly said i had a trial version on the phone. Mac is premium iphone is trial all playlists are there and the same.. 🙂

 

This is weird!
