Spotify Premium only 1 month?!

Hi there. Ive just subscribed to spotify premium today because they had an ad in the spotify app that if you upgrade until december 31st, instead of a one month subsciption, you'll get three months. But after I subscribed, they only gave me one month. Please help. The main reason I upgraded is because of the promo.

From the screenshot you sent, we can see that you signed up for Premium through your mobile provider.

We're afraid that you can only sign up for the 3-month offer using either a credit/debit card or PayPal, so you only got the month you paid through Globe.

Hi, question here. I also bought the subscription but from the app, I'm on an apple device, and it charged me $12.99 thinking it would be $0.99. I just bought it like 10 minutes ago. Can I cancel the subscription and get refund?

If you signed up for Premium via iTunes, you'll need to cancel using these steps. Then, we'd suggest reaching out to Apple directly so they can help you get a refund.
